POLICY STATEMENT
MINIMUMS
Party King’s Minimum Order is $300 (USA) & $500 for International.

COD (Cash or Company Check)

CREDIT CARDS: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

WIRE TRANSFER (required for INTL orders)
QUALIFYING FOR CREDIT:
Please contact us for a Credit Application. We generally need 3 favorable references and/
or satisfactory ratings with D&B. Credit is checked as fast as your references respond to our
requests. Although we will expedite all credit requests, it is best to allow up to 4 weeks for a
credit decision to be determined.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All accounts in good standing will be shipped on the dates specified. If for some reason we
cannot ship the order 100% by the due date, for your convenience, we will automatically
backorder the balance unless requested to cancel the backorders.
RETURNS & ALLOWANCES:
Returns are not accepted without prior authorization & Party King RA#. Unauthorized returns
may be subject to a 15% handling & restocking charge. All claims must be made within 5 days
of receipt of goods. All valid claims of any shipping errors or defects in merchandise will be
handled and corrected promptly.
REFUSED ORDERS:
All shipments made as originally agreed, that are refused and returned to Party King, will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
IMAGES:
Upon completion of the Party King Image Authorization Form, we gladly offer all the images
pictured in this catalog for your use & free of charge.
